Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging and included accessories must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, email us at hello@orbitrum.store with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items

Items damaged through misuse or negligence

Used items not due to our error
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email hello@orbitrum.store within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
We will send a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return labels are not provided unless due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
For other situations, the fastest method is to return the item and place a new order.
